This is by far the greatest DVD Bootleg I have ever come across.
This was a rumored Holy Grail of U2 Videos for awhile.

It is a high-energy concert with several highlights. It is a very good addition for those U2 collectors out there. Some of the highlights of the show include Bono talking about hearing the New Voices of Freedom perform "I Still Haven't Found What I'm Looking For" in the small, Harlem church. Another highlight of this show is Bono making harsh statements about former President Ronald Reagan. During his infamous "dictation" in "Bullet The Blue Sky," Bono says, "What's this I hear about a peace plan in Central America? Yeah, that sounds like it's got a lot of common sense going for it. Yeah, no problem. What do you mean, there is a problem? What's the problem? Ronald Reagan's the problem... that's the problem." The crowd cheers a bit here. Bono continues, "Well, listen Ronald Reagan, I think the people of America like it just where they are... I don't think they want to move to El Salvador or Nicaragua. They like it here! So, tell you what, I got a good idea: why don't we let the Nicaraguans look after Nicaragua, we let the El Salvadorians out after El Salvador, and the people of Los Angeles and the people of the United States will look after that. Hey!" The crowd goes balistic. Also, Bono adds about 4 extra lines at the end of "Running To Stand Still"
