This was given to me on the latter half of the 2nd concert CD, Obtained from the sister of the taper in Fall 1997. Finally, there was an amount of noise (actually wind) on the recording which, to some, may suggest mp3 in the lineage. Of course this is not the case, as at the time of the recording, mp3 usage wasn't in vogue.
